What a cute little place. In all my years in KC I had never even heard about Chez Charlie until 2022! It's super cute in there and literally the definition of a hole in the wall. We stopped by on a weeknight and it was poppin'! The dart board is fun and old school, the drinks are cheap and there's plenty of seating in there to hang out and chill with a group of friends. I'll definitely be returning for some last minute drinks and bar games!
Best dive bar in KC! The dart boards are always free and never have to wait long to get a board. Great environment, cheap drinks. The atmosphere here is always a fun and laid back. The bartender is always prompt and friendly. Will highly recommend to anyone who visits kc looking for a enjoyable dive bar exper

No-frills, straight-forward, not-here-impress-anyone, probably-offensive-to-some dive. I felt at home! Chez Charlie's has about 20 liquor bottles behind the bar (on the counter next to the register) and some beer in the white residential-looking fridge. Classic. There's a juke box, a TV or two, ATM (tho they accept cards), a couple dart boards too. There's assorted seating for diff types/sizes of crowds, from bar seating to small tables to booths. There's no kitchen of course. Drinks are cheap, vibe is chill but fun, regulars seem cool, and they don't tolerate hate, yay!
A fantastic place!! We often stop by here for cheap beer and darts! The vibe is fantastic, they sell Cheetos, YUM!! They have a Zotar machine which is so fun. The vibe is artsy and fun. The staff is fantastic, the owner is so nice. We love Chez Charlie!!!
